Introduction
On June 19, 2024, we had the honor of hosting a distinguished management team from Joe Fresh at our garments and warp knitting factories. Bronwyn Towns, Guia Lopez, and Amit Roy visited to gain insight into our diverse range of fabrics, garments, and the state-of-the-art facilities that support our operations. This visit was a fantastic opportunity to demonstrate our commitment to excellence and innovation in textile manufacturing.
The Visit
The tour started with a visit to our garments factory, Quanzhou Yimanfang Clothing Manufacturing Co., Ltd., located at No.13 Zhongshan Road, Shigui Village, Longhu Town, Jinjiang City, Quanzhou City, Fujian Province, China. Spanning 4,500 square meters, our factory employs 80 dedicated workers, including 56 women and 24 men. Their collective efforts enable us to produce an impressive annual output of 1,500,000 pieces.
Our Joe Fresh guests were keenly interested in our rigorous quality control processes and our numerous certifications, including SEDEX, Higg Index, ISO 9001, GRS, and Amfori BSCI. These certifications reflect our unwavering commitment to high standards in both product quality and ethical manufacturing practices. Since its establishment on May 8, 2014, our factory has continuously adapted to meet the evolving demands of the global textile market.
After exploring the garments factory, the Joe Fresh team visited our warp knitting factory. Here, they observed our advanced facilities, which house 60 sets of warp knitting machines. With a daily output of 25,000 kilograms of greige fabric, this factory is integral to our supply chain, ensuring a consistent supply of high-quality fabric. The precision and efficiency of our knitting processes left a lasting impression on our guests.
