Introduction
In February this year, we had the pleasure of hosting a dynamic team from Anwar Khawaja Industries (AKI) at our knitting and dyeing factories. The team’s visit provided an excellent opportunity for us to showcase our extensive range of fabrics and advanced dyeing capabilities. This visit underscored our commitment to quality and innovation in textile manufacturing.
The Visit
The visit commenced with a tour of our weft knitting factory located in the Shengdian Industrial Zone, Jinjiang City, Fujian, China. Equipped with 120 advanced circular knitting machines—50 Single Jersey and 70 Double Jersey—our factory has a substantial monthly output of 1.25 million yards of greige fabric. The AKI team was particularly impressed by the efficiency and precision of our knitting processes, and also with our GRS certificate which are essential for producing high-quality fabrics.
Following the knitting factory tour, the AKI team visited our dyeing facility operated by Tongyi Corporation. With 157 jet dyeing machines, Tongyi has been specializing in synthetic fabric dyeing for 30 years. The facility is renowned for dyeing knitted products in nylons, polyesters, and various other synthetics. Holding certifications such as GRS, FCR, ISO, and Oeko-Tex Standard 100, Tongyi ensures that our dyeing processes meet the highest standards of quality and environmental responsibility.
The AKI team also learned about our strategic alliances with Fujian’s leading dyeing mills—Tongyi, Huabao, and Lingfeng—through our partnership with Xiamen Sports Apparel Co., Ltd. These alliances enhance our manufacturing capabilities and provide us with access to state-of-the-art dyeing technologies. The collaboration with these premier dyeing mills allows us to offer a wide range of dyed fabrics, meeting diverse customer requirements with precision and consistency.
